Looking for athletic, head-to-toe body conditioning? Nia level 3 is for you! Feeling sluggish or experiencing body aches? Nia level 2 or 1 is where you'll want to be. Desiring gentle movement to ease into? We recommend Nia level 1, or Nia in the chair. No matter where your body's current physical state is, we encourage you to continue to move at your own personal level for your health and well-being. Moving is thriving! Moving is living! Moving is healing! Your amazing body is designed to move in all stages of your life, and YOU are your own personal trainer! How do you know what to do? Get in tune with your body and listen to what it needs each day. In Nia we call this Awareness of Sensation! Always strive to sense pleasure in your movements. It may be time to break movement habits that are consequently hindering your ability to gain pleasure. Here's another simple tip: If it feels good to you ~ continue! If it doesn't ~ STOP and tweak your movements. Tune-in to your body's own pleasure principle. When you do so, you will find internal and external balance and joy.
Nia's low-impact movements guide all ages, fitness levels, body-types, and physical abilities to gain their personal best ~ maximum efficiency with minimal effort. During each of our classes, two licensed Nia instructors lead you in achieving your greatest potential by offering movement modifications for all levels. It's time!

"For every physical response there's a feeling. As you open up parts of your body, you may tap into feelings you've locked deep inside. Movement is wonderful therapy in this way."
~ Nia® co-founders, Debbie Rosas and Carlos AyaRosas
