Experience movements from Martial Arts, Dance Arts, and Healing Arts while holistically conditioning the mind, body, spirit, and emotions! Nia is about moving in pleasure, 'The Body's Way', the way it is naturally designed to move. No pounding, torquing, straining, or pain. If it feels good, you're doing it correctly!
